Course Vick may have a LITTLE something to do with that. 208826[/snapback] Different talent levels and different situations...Jim Mora was handed a talented Falcons team that was stuck with old methods...Jim Mora came in and retooled his team and had them playing at a higher level. However, the talent level with the 49ers is pathetic and Mora would have had the same results as Erickson did this year, if he had become the 49ers coach last year.

I believe Cleveland is patiently waiting until the Pats' post-season is over and then they'll make the offer.
