I waited on him several times, and he was always a friendly, down-to-earth type guy. Great tipper too LOVE Dinosaur BBQ....especially their BBQ baked beans!! It is delicious and not really all that expensive. Dammit though the location and wait suck terribly. I'm sure there is nostalgia with that building but they have long since outgrown it.
