The Big Cat
http://www.buffalobills.com/video/videos/Exclusive_Dolphins_Postgame_Speech/aa033411-310c-49ec-ac82-81d9a1bf4a4b?campaign=fb_buf_video My takeaways: team respects Marrone, KW got and will get plenty of **** for not being able to take that fumble back to the house. tennesseeboy
kyle can always say he considered picking it up and taking it to the house, but on reflection thought falling on it the better course of action since the Bills could kill the clock and get the field goal. Some folks might even believe it! Actually I do think he chose wisely after scooping the ball around a little to just fall on it ungraciously and be happy we recovered. Nice job Kyle and nice job Mario in jarring it loose to begin with.
Just in Atlanta
Since it's mandatory to high step and forward flip into the endzone, and Kyle Williams can't high step, or flip, he just fell on it. The thought did go through his head, though...for a second.
swnybillsfan
i'm thinking when kw saw that ball on the ground, visions of cordy glenn popped into his head and he just thought "screw this, we're getting this ball!".
Big C
Mario really wanted Kyle to run with it, but it looked like Kyle had the opportunity and the ball slipped a little so he just made the safe play. I'm fine with it.

SF Bills Fan
Falling on it was the right thing. He nearly overran it. If it had been flubbed and not recovered who knows what would have happened. Probably no victory Edited October 21, 2013 by SF Bills Fan
Wayne Cubed
I thought after he fell on it he had quite a bit of time because a player threw a block. So I don't think he was touched until he got back up on one knee. Almost like he could have got up and run. WickedGame
If Kyle Williams had good hands he'd be a receiver. That play showed he's clearly better suited to be a DB. Let him rotate in with Gilmore.

DC Tom
Mario really wanted Kyle to run with it, but it looked like Kyle had the opportunity and the ball slipped a little so he just made the safe play. I'm fine with it. He tried to pick it up once, failed, and decided possession was more important than a score. That was a heads-up, veteran play. Bleed Bills Blue
That was a heads-up, veteran play. My God, yes. How many times through the years have you seen players kick the ball away or get hit and fumble during the recovery? Absolute right decision. That was a heads-up, veteran play. ...a heads up veteran play, also deep in the opposing team's territory. Kyle showed good situational awareness there. He knew we'd get the points either way.
