Tashuan Gipson, FS #39 Cleveland Browns, has seriously injured a second player this 2013 season.

Gipson went low on EJ Manuel. http://www.nfl.com/n...rting-ej-manuel (at the 12-14 second mark of the video watch as Gipson hammers down his right hand to celebrate Manuel's getting injured)

Gipson went shoulder pad to the crown of Jermichael Finley's helmet. http://www.nfl.com/n...ing-neck-injury (at the 8-9 second mark Gipson hammers down his right hand upon noticing Finley is injured).

Is Gipson a dirty player?

My take is yes. He still hasn't learned his lesson. Look at the video's attached. After every big hit, upon noticing someone is injured Gipson takes his right arm and hammers it down to the ground as if indicating, "I just knocked you the f... out!".

Guys like Gipson get a reputation with players and the NFL. Every hit going forward will be scrutinized. If Gipson wants to stay out of Goodell's dog house his first step might be losing the hammer.

while i dont know enough about his play to know if hes a cheap shot artist or cheater -- i dont like his seeming celebration of injuries. its a tough balance. you never want to celebrate hurting a guys career, but big hits are momentum changers and knocking out other players helps your chance to win.... but its hard to be happy with injuries and you want it to happen clean. its kind of the nasty balance that needs to be maintained.
