Horrific in game management (clock, challenges) etc. Marrone is coaching up the most undisciplned team in football who are good for about 2 or 3 15 yard penalties a game and are 2nd in penalties in the league before today. All the offense has to do is start the play one direction - watch the Bills run that direction - and make a cutback. That responsibility has to fall on the inside linebackers and safeties. That responsibility falls in the coaches. Most of these guys are under 25 and great athletes but need to be told where to be.
