cwchze Posted October 19, 2013 Posted October 19, 2013 good anylysis about the game. should be fun to watch as it can go either way.Hopefully in our favor.
KikO M G Posted October 19, 2013 Posted October 19, 2013 Sounds like their analysis told them the matchups favor the Bills but they ultimately gave the advantage to the Fins in the ever-scientific "intangibles" because they are a Miami paper.
You herd it hear last Posted October 19, 2013 Posted October 19, 2013 I always try to fit in a grammatical error in the first sentence of my writing too. Hence, my amateur status.
White Linen Posted October 19, 2013 Posted October 19, 2013 (edited) My keys to this game: 1) We must win the turnover battle by 2. Our offense needs at least two additional possessions to make up for it's lack of being able to sustain scoring drives. 2) We must win possession time by more than 10:00 minutes. Our defense cannot afford to be on the field longer than our offense. Our offense is not efficient enough to overcome less possession time. 3) Game Plan. Our game plan has to be inventive. We must keep Miami off balance and do some things they don't expect. They are extremely vulnerable against the pass, which seems contrary to what we can do, but our offense has to be creative through the air. Edited October 19, 2013 by Triple Threat
Dibs Posted October 19, 2013 Posted October 19, 2013 (edited) Hmmm.....he says Dolphins get sacked a lot.... "The Dolphins are allowing more sacks per game than any other NFL team and as the offensive line is unchanged from the previous five games, even coming off a bye week, there is little reason to believe Tannehill won’t get hit this game as he has others." .....and the Bills are pretty good at getting pressure on the QB.... "Led by Mario Williams, who is third in the NFL with eight sacks, the Bills are ninth overall in sacks per pass play." .....but calls it even. "ADVANTAGE: Even." Edited October 19, 2013 by Dibs
Dean Cain Posted October 20, 2013 Posted October 20, 2013 If the Bills yield 17 points or less we win.
Peace Frog Posted October 20, 2013 Posted October 20, 2013 I haven't been optimistic about any of our games so far this season but something tells me we win this one 27-24.
DefenseWinzChampionshipz Posted October 20, 2013 Posted October 20, 2013 If the Bills yield 17 points or less we win. This is Pettine in the making this game. If the defense shows up we gotta good shot at taking this...
machine gun kelly Posted October 20, 2013 Posted October 20, 2013 Miami has been terrible in the rush so look for up front boys having a field day. The key is our big package with two TE, Frank Summers and cram it down their throat. If Thad just doesn't throw any pics we'll have a good day. We sure need it with the Saints and Chiefs coming up. We can only hope for an upset in one of the two games.
Bob in STL Posted October 20, 2013 Posted October 20, 2013 If the Bills yield 17 points or less we win. ^ This should be a tru statement if we can do it. Unfortunately, we have given up 30+ points in each of our roads games. An intangible today could be special teams. The punt coverage is looking very poor for Buffalo so far. The return game is also lacking compared to recent past.
The Wiz Posted October 20, 2013 Posted October 20, 2013 (edited) Anyone find the opening sentence kind of odd? Like "we just found out there's a football game today" The Dolphins return to the football field on Sunday against the Buffalo Bill, The Miami Herald has learned. Edited October 20, 2013 by The Wiz
Chandler#81 Posted October 20, 2013 Posted October 20, 2013 Sounds like their analysis told them the matchups favor the Bills but they ultimately gave the advantage to the Fins in the ever-scientific "intangibles" because they are a Miami paper. Well, that, and someone has to justify an 8.5 pt favorite..
Peace Frog Posted October 21, 2013 Posted October 21, 2013 I haven't been optimistic about any of our games so far this season but something tells me we win this one 27-24. I was close. I'll take the win!

Our Special Teams continues to be an embarrassment.
Passepartout Posted October 21, 2013 Posted October 21, 2013 Except for the K and P thank goodness Moorman is back, really the return game is the weak link!
