Storm Front Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 Any chance we can get Johnny Manziel in the draft, or will he be going to J'ville?
MDH Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 God, I miss Victor Kiam I liked it so much, I bought the company!
Yoho Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 How can one speak of QB disasters wirhout mentioning the 1968 Bills. We ended the year Ed Rutkowski (a so so WR) at QB? Jack Kemp hurt in training camp. Tom Flores, Kay Stephenson, Dan Darragh and Benny Russell hurt during season leaving Rutkowski to start 3 games including a thrilling Thanksgiving Day game where we were about to win the game when Rutkowski fumbled on a keeper at the goal line. If we had won that game, we would have drafted second instead of first and ended up with Leroy Keyes instead of OJ Simpson.
KOKBILLS Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 Any chance we can get Johnny Manziel in the draft, or will he be going to J'ville? Last time I checked he was being projected as a mid 1st Round pick, and I think the 4th or 5th QB expected to come off the board...

ALF Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 (edited) Case Keenum will be Houston's starting quarterback when the Texans play at Kansas City this week, coach Gary Kubiak announced Thursday. Matt Schaub injured his ankle against the Rams last week, paving the way for the undrafted Keenum to make his first career start. Through the first six weeks of the season, T.J. Yates had been the Texans No. 2 quarterback, but Yates struggled against the Rams, throwing two interceptions in less than one half of action. Yates will be the backup quarterback against the Chiefs while Schaub won't play at all. http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/eye-on-football/24097327/undrafted-qb-case-keenum-will-be-texans-starter-against-chiefs Edited October 17, 2013 by ALF
