Original Byrd Man Posted October 19, 2013 Posted October 19, 2013 I heard a rumor that next year all of our games will have teams coming off a bye or thursday game. LOL! When it's to tough for them it's just right for us. Go Bills!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
xsoldier54 Posted October 19, 2013 Posted October 19, 2013 Ask the people who play and coach the game that. I read an article last year where multiple coaches said extra time and lack thereof was very key in how they looked at the difficulty of their schedule.... This from http://www.predictem.com/nfl/teams-off-bye-weeks.php "Some teams have a track record of playing awfully after the bye, and if a team wasn't good before the time off, chances are, they still won't be good after the bye either." Over the last 10 years, both the Bills and Oakland have been 2-8 after coming off of a bye. The trend? Good teams remain good after the bye and bad teams remain bad.
