No Cease Fires Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 I'm gonna guess 8-8 and hope for better.
SF Bills Fan Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 After the next 3 games the schedule eases up and 8-8 is a real possibility. I know it sounds silly, but I would be extremely pleased at 8-8 with continued development and improvement. I've seen enough this year, even with some tough losses, to think that the team is on the right track.
Dean Cain Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 If our run defense can keep the remaining opponent rushing totals below 100 yards in every game I like our chances. I think Byrd & Gilmore are key to us making a run.
thewildrabbit Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 I can't see more than 5 or 6 wins but, for a change, I have serious optimism for the future.
ALLEN1QB Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 Sorry but you guys are dreaming. 5-11 at best.
CSBill Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 (edited) i always have hope, and this year there is more to hope for then in awhile, i say 8-8. The schedule is hard, we're pretty banged up at several key positions, and unsure what to expect at others. Nonetheless, there is still improvement. Edited October 15, 2013 by CSBill
HeHateMe Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 I am curious why you think that matters to how they will do this year? Other than Moorman who has even been on the team most of that time? The culture if losing is tough to break... You can say it doesn't exist but it surely does. Anyway my point was more towards the QB situation, rookie coaches, and suspect play on the field especially defensively and with special teams. Nothing says 10 game winning streak to me, does it to you?
MarkyMannn Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 Does anyone think the Bills will go 12-4? I do. 12 losses 4 wins
Dr. K Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 I think they will be doing well to make 8-8. I hope they prove me wrong, but that would be some kind of miracle it seems to me.
BillsFan130 Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 Does anyone think the Bills will go 12-4? Or maybe 11-5? I think the Bills have a shot to go 11-5. LETS GO BUFFALO! is this a joke? 4-12 is much more likely than 12-4
Mike in Horseheads Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 I'll stick with 7 wins and that when the NFL season ends they will have more than The Sabres.
CodeMonkey Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 I'll stick with 7 wins and that when the NFL season ends they will have more than The Sabres. Sad and true both at the same time. What a crime that Miller is on the Sabres. He deserves to be on a team that is not a joke. I feel bad that he is wasting this season.

I feel bad that he is wasting this season. It's always Ralph is "cheap", how about Pegulla (sp) with keeping Darcy and then making Rolston coach???

BuffaloBill Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 No I don't think a team that hasn't made the playoffs in 13 years will run off 10 straight wins with a practice squad / rookie QB, rookie coaches, a bad defense, and poor special teams. 6-10 This and we will be lucky to finish 8-8. It is crazy to think that such a young roster is going to win out the season. The score in the Bungles game was much closer than the reality of the game. The d was run over by a freight train for most of the game and playing guys like Hogan is not going to lead to victories. I would be happy with 8-8 as a realistic finish as long as they string some good wins together in the back half of the season.
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 I love the earnestness of this thread.
bills1960 Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 Comes down to this week for any chance at the playoffs. No way we win at NOLA and no way we win out, sorry. We do have some "easy teams" in TB, JAX and PIT but then again they're probably saying the same about us.
Lt. Dan's Revenge Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 3-3 is what I'm seeing there. ATL does not have a good defense and their offense is injury riddled. Yeah, anyone who thinks Atlanta has a good defense must not have watched them play for a minute this year.
