billrooter Posted October 14, 2013 Posted October 14, 2013 just curious I haven't seen it anywhere and I read most everything, hopefully not real long!
YoloinOhio Posted October 14, 2013 Posted October 14, 2013 He is back on the early end of the 6-8 week prognosis... so I would guess at least a couple weeks longer. He just got the pins out of his wrist a few days ago.
drinkTHEkoolaid Posted October 14, 2013 Posted October 14, 2013 I think its hard to tackle with one arm.... hopefully he gets the club off sooner than later
Mark Vader Posted October 14, 2013 Posted October 14, 2013 And how can he make an INT with that cast?
jahnyc Posted October 14, 2013 Posted October 14, 2013 He should not be playing until he can use his hand on that side. Does not make send to me that he is in there.
QB Bills Posted October 14, 2013 Posted October 14, 2013 Rather have him playing in a full body cast than have rogers out there.
Special K Posted October 14, 2013 Posted October 14, 2013 Rather have him playing in a full body cast than have rogers out there. This is how I felt before the game, unfortunately he had a hard time shedding blocks and making tackles with his club-hand to the point he was a liability on the field. I applaud his desire to get on the field to help the team, but we won't see the real Gilmore until he gets the cast off his hand.
reddogblitz Posted October 14, 2013 Posted October 14, 2013 Let him sit until the cast comes off. He looked weak because of the club and couldn't do anything. He in that condition is no better than what we had. Actually I think he was worse.
Bufcomments Posted October 14, 2013 Posted October 14, 2013 He should not be playing until he can use his hand on that side. Does not make send to me that he is in there. My thoughts as well. Keep him out until he can use his hands.
Dean Cain Posted October 14, 2013 Posted October 14, 2013 What we learned is you need your wrist to play well. I seem to remember half of our fan base burying Mario last year when he had a wrist injury. Gilmore was targeted in the screen game for sure. If a WR can't shed blocks he can't possibly be expected to play on non passing downs. The screen passes are a 1st and 2nd down play. Why not play Gilmore on 3rd down only?
BuffaloBillsMagic1 Posted October 14, 2013 Posted October 14, 2013 Rather have him playing in a full body cast than have rogers out there. BINGO!!!!!!!!!!!!!
