Dibs Posted October 11, 2013 Posted October 11, 2013 Sucks. But we at least made 5 of the 50. Yeah, but two of them were from the same SB loss to the Giants. How the hell did that game get TWO of the best NFL moments in it???
mrags Posted October 11, 2013 Posted October 11, 2013 Yeah, but two of them were from the same SB loss to the Giants. How the hell did that game get TWO of the best NFL moments in it??? because many people say this it might be the best game ever.
Dibs Posted October 11, 2013 Posted October 11, 2013 because many people say this it might be the best game ever. Clearly those people would be crazy. The Bills lose in that game! Seriously though, I think we have had some better Superbowl games since then, let alone playoff and regular season games.
Big Turk Posted October 11, 2013 Posted October 11, 2013 definitely need to have Whitney singing the national anthem and the jets flying over right after the Gulf War had started...that was an awesome moment...
Corp000085 Posted October 11, 2013 Posted October 11, 2013 because many people say this it might be the best game ever. I disagree for two reasons: Reason 1) The Giants won via mistake, Reason 2) The Bills lost.
sodbuster Posted October 11, 2013 Posted October 11, 2013 I hate Tom Brady as much as the next guy, but how is him getting his leg messed up better than the Comeback?
Fixxxer Posted October 11, 2013 Posted October 11, 2013 Nº 47 was the first dose of football I ever watched, hooked every since.

bbb Posted October 12, 2013 Posted October 12, 2013 How quickly people pass by But you'll want to ensure you read #23 and #26. They have a BIlls connection not everyone here can spot. I can't spot either one. I think the list was very accurate. This says so much: “One kick left a legacy for so many men,” says ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter. “But if that kick had just been slightly more accurate, the Bills would be discussed as one of the greatest teams in NFL history.”
KRC Posted October 12, 2013 Posted October 12, 2013 How quickly people pass by But you'll want to ensure you read #23 and #26. They have a BIlls connection not everyone here can spot. I don't get it???

IDBillzFan Posted October 12, 2013 Posted October 12, 2013 Does the writer quoted hang out here sometimes? Is he the one who interviews the old timers? kj Winner. The dude who posted above you. The PFRA does some amazing work and Ken represents all BIlls fans extremely well.
BuffaloBill Posted October 12, 2013 Posted October 12, 2013 Yeah, but two of them were from the same SB loss to the Giants. How the hell did that game get TWO of the best NFL moments in it??? My thought exactly.
Steve O Posted October 12, 2013 Posted October 12, 2013 (edited) On a positive note, Stratton's hit was rated higher than Bednarik's. For what it's worth, #35 was 1974 Thanksgiving game, not 1964. Edited October 12, 2013 by Steve O

Good list though. And good to see one of TBD's own in the spotlight. kj Edited October 12, 2013 by l< j
bbb Posted October 12, 2013 Posted October 12, 2013 My thought exactly. I think the Tuck Rule game got 2 of the top 13 or so.
l< j Posted October 12, 2013 Posted October 12, 2013 (edited) I think it's interesting that all of the Patri*t's appearances on that list are negatives for that te*m. Only 1 is a positive play for them, Adam V's snowy field goal. But the description is mostly about the BS non-fumble call that leads up to it, so it is at least partially negative, in that the writer acknowledges the kick never should have happened. 43. Pollard hits Brady hard and low 13. Tuck rule overshadows the clutch kick 9. Tuck rule 3. Tyree: my favorite non-Bills football memory ever Can't the league's darlings get a break here?
