Hey Chef...I cook ribs low and slow on charcoal usually. But do you take the skin/membrane off the backside of the ribs?? People say you should. Just wondering. Where the !@#$ is the run defense? I'm glad Gilmore is getting on the field but on a couple plays it look like he's favoring his oven mit. If that's the case, I'd prolly rather him not play. Or play in nickle packages on their 3rd WR.
