It may be time to start referring to Democrats as The Party of Blaming Someone Else.

Moving the basket.

Jesus.

If only there was a person in a leadership role who knew how to lead during times like these. Alas, Present is what we elected and Present is what we get.

Practice what you preach.

Many people brought up his "present" record. Hell, Chris Matthews was all but calling him an empty suit until he realized Hillary was actually going to lose to him. Many of us saw his record and knew that was precisely what he was good for; raising his hand long enough to say "Here."

That the rest of America is starting to figure out we weren't so crazy back then should not surprise you.

The reason nothing is getting done right now and the government is shut down is because the president has absolutely, positively no idea what to do. Nor do the dolts who tell him what to do. If you saw his press conference today, you know.

These next three years are gonna hurt like you're six months into an Andy Dufresne prison sentence.

Just making sure he isn't a hypocrite. Keep him honest. What are you, his lawyer? Sorry council: Get !@#$ed!

Asking the leader of free world to actually lead his country does not make someone a hypocrite even if they themselves sit in their ass. Does asking your teams QB to actually throw touchdowns when you don't make you a hypocrite?

People like conner should pay closer attention to the recent polls. Obama couldn't be more unpopular right now if he sang a duet with Miley Cyrus.

Personally, I think the NSA is the reason he's dropped in popularity.

Either way .. herpes is literally more popular than Congress right now.

Herpes has ALWAYS been more popular than Congress. It always cracks me up when mindless folks point at low Congress approval ratings as if it's never been this low.

Obama hit 37% today. He's barrelling toward GWB low levels.

Fore!ward!

You can say people are pissed at Obama as he is CIC, but the real reason nothing gets done is because of the wacko's in Congress that WON"T budge.

The wacko's that will vote against Obama on everything even though they proposed it months or years prior.

Put the blame where it belongs. Not just the Obama.

Congress' Job Approval Falls to 11% Amid Gov't Shutdown

11%

and if you want

Congress approval rating plummets to 5% — MSNBC

I get it that you are for continuing resolutions to fund the government with trillion dollar deficits and don't want to defund a proven job killing monstrosity of a bill, but just what are you for that will benefit this country?

Andrew Pudzer is the chief executive officer of CKE Restaurants, the company that owns Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s restaurants. This past July we noted his account of the company’s experience offering affordable health insurance plans to its 21,000 employees. This week Pudzer returned to discuss the impact of Obamacare on employment. Here is the opening of his Wall Street Journal column:

There are times when the Obama administration makes statements so disconnected from economic reality that you wonder if any White House official has talked with anyone in business. A case in point: the administration’s mantra that ObamaCare’s definition of full-time employment as 30 or more hours per week had no effect on employers’ hiring practices
.

We heard it Monday night on “The Daily Show” when Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius told Jon Stewart: “At least the economists, not anecdotal folks, but economists, say there is absolutely no evidence that part-time work is going up. In fact, it’s going down.” We’ve been hearing that sort of thing for months—in July, White House Press Secretary Jay Carney told reporters that data failed to support “the proposition that businesses are not hiring full-time employees because of the Affordable Care Act.” The president himself added to the wonder on Sept. 26, stating that “there’s no widespread evidence” that ObamaCare is hurting jobs.

As the CEO of a company that has been dealing with ObamaCare for over three years, I’d like to set the record straight: The evidence that ObamaCare is having a negative impact on hiring is unequivocal, abundant and consistent with common sense.

Pudzer knows what he is talking about and is a credible witness to one aspect of the destruction wrought by Obamacare. The whole thing is here and the whole thing is worth reading.
