Turbosrrgood Posted October 8, 2013 Posted October 8, 2013 (edited) If true, this is nothing other than a smart move. Dixon is an athletic guy who looked pretty good in his brief NFL action. Putting him on the practice squad costs the Bills virtually nothing, however it allows him to practice with the team and learn the plays (This is exactly how they used Thad, and low and behold his will be starting). If Thad/Tuel don't work out or get injured, he could get a look. Edited October 8, 2013 by Turbosrrgood

uncle flap Posted October 8, 2013 Posted October 8, 2013 Kudos to Uncle Flap for calling this one early yesterday. Thx!
Mike in Horseheads Posted October 8, 2013 Posted October 8, 2013 if we traded a 1st round pick for Tom Brady, people would complain that we should have got him for a 2nd. Well he is getting kind of old!
2020 Our Year For Sure Posted October 8, 2013 Posted October 8, 2013 (edited) Ian Rappaport of NFL.com now also saying Bills "expect to" add Dixon to the PS. Good call UF! edit- the scroll on NFLN Edited October 8, 2013 by J-Gun Boone
boyst Posted October 9, 2013 Posted October 9, 2013 Bump, for people who have trouble looking down the page. I recently noticed some of the best threads have been on page 4 and 5... ...then I noticed it was after a victory.
FitzShowUsYourTitz Posted October 9, 2013 Posted October 9, 2013 (edited) OK, so obviously this is true: LINK: http://www.sportsxch...&story_id=62776 The real question is: Does this pave the way for Tuel's exit? Or exit to the practice squad? I am not totally down on Tuel but the Bills' staff is!!! Maybe once Dixon learns the playbook he makes the 53 man roster? Edited October 9, 2013 by Cville Bills
