The biker that started it all speaks to ABC...

(auto play video with article) http://gma.yahoo.com/christopher-cruz-biker-charged-suv-attack-says-hes-152732705--abc-news-topstories.html

this POS is no different than any other POS inmate that I deal with on a daily basis every day in prison. Always trying to scam their way out of something. Always making it look like their innocent.

Just an FYI to everyone out there that doesn't know, this is how ALL criminals act every day.

I just don't understand how they can make themselves look innocent by flipping the double bird? You would think it makes them look guilty.

Oh... I am sorry mrags! Now it makes sense. Yeah, he said he accidently let up on the accelerator when he glanced back for the other bikes. LoL... Yeah right. What is he Drew Bledsoe in the pocket and can't sense a 2-ton Range Rover behind him? LoL..

Again... My apologies!

After watching the entire 6.5 min. video, the RR didn't use the one big advantage he had enough, the RR. When they were swarming him on the freeway, move the vehicle over jerky to hit a few bikers and knock them down. Or if following real close jam on your brakes and take out a few more. When he came to the traffic jam. Dude should have jammed it in reverse and got out of there, hopefully taking a few more. I dont think I would have stopped until I was at a police station or ran out of gas. After he ran over the first guy and took off he was all in at that point.

Evidently, bikers are mad there is fallout because they're acting like a-holes and drive to fast so word has been sent down from the victims uncle to crack down.

I have read a few articles recently. It turns out the cops are getting wise to these guys ways. Instead of chasing them, they simply follow them and bottle them on a road. They get an officer far ahead and have him slow traffic down to trap these guys and then get them. Smart. Too bad they just can't chase them in to a large wall and let'm splatter.

I guess this is the best place to put this. I was driving to work this morning and was in bumper to bumper traffic. Moving maybe 5 MPH. Along comes a motorcyclist splitting lanes and beeping his horn at us and shaking his head because we wouldn't make way for him. So we're all supposed to move over 3" in our lane so you can safely make it by? Sorry !@#$stick, it ain't gonna happen.

Stick a false tunnel on the road only works for The Roadrunner against Wile E. Coyote!

Better yet, herd them down a cliff into a blind canyon! Like those rouge colored Natives did to the bison! ;-P

Bikers Accused In Road Rage Incident Could Get Plea Deals, Reduced Charges

http://newyork.cbslo...educed-charges/

Charges against some of the bikers accused in the incident will likely be reduced and others may be offered plea deals. Prosecutors said that driver Alexian Lien has been healing well after the beating which means that the top charge which required permanent injury to the victim probably won’t be supported, CBS 2′s Tony Aiello reported.
