Come on man... You sound just like my friend did when he saw that statistic last night... Instead of looking at it from the 79%'s side of things, why don't you go ask the 21% who made it to the playoffs if it can be done?...

2-3 is not over. Don't throw in the towel just yet.

so this was a good year...we made it until October 3rd! Only 21% of teams that start the year 2-3 make the playoffs. :-(

Ok, so you won't be posting or watching anymore? See you next year.

I have more bad news, only 37.5% of the teams that start 0-0 make the playoffs, and those odds aren't all that much better....

Over the past 14 seasons, 0 % of Bills teams make the playoffs!

I suspect 0% of teams that go 0-6 in the division make the playoffs. 1-3 in conference also will not get it done. They pissed away a great opportunity last night. Cincinnati is now a must win for there to be any hope. That hope of course hinges on a sweep of Miami and beating Jets at home.

We basically need to go 8-3 (based on the AFC's trouncing the NFC so far, 9-7 won't do it) with ??? at quarterback for the remainder of the season. Not happening.

Hopefully ??? is EJ in a few weeks, but who knows? It's two knee injuries in two months already.

IF the Bills can stay somewhat healthy there last 7 games are all winnable with the defense and running game.

@Steelers, do they really scare anyone this year?

NY Jets, Gilmore and Byrd guarantee that Secondary does not get burned.

Falcons, Toronto game, got to win one of these.

@Buccaneers, Bucs are terrible.

@Jaguars, Jags are even worse.

Dolphins at home, in the snow and they cant run the ball.

@Patriots, Pats mail this one in as they clinched playoffs.

Should win all of these or at least go 6-1 or 5-2.

IF they run that table thats 9. I would guess 10 will be needed so they'd still have to steal one somewhere else.

Realistically when the after the draft and schedule came out and before "The ANNUAL M*A*SH" incidents started I had thought 2-3.

...2 wins... Panthers and Browns

...3 loss's... Pats, Ravens, Jets.

...So I guess it is what it is but at least it's been more fun to watch than the last decade or so.

Perception does not always equal reality. Out of the last 6 years, 2010 was the only year the season was over before October.

2012: On 10/14/12 the Bills were 3-3.

2011: On 10/30/11 the Bills were 5-2.

2010: Bills started out 0-8.

2009: On 10/25/09 the Bills were 3-4.

2008: On 10/19/08 the Bills were 5-1.

2007: On 11/11/07 the Bills were 5-4.

I am already in tank mode. This season was about helping our HOPEFULLY future franchise QB develop. Now not even that can happen. Tank for the best pick. Let's gather some talent and get back at it next year.
