Buffalo Beeeews Posted October 4, 2013 Posted October 4, 2013 Plenty of time to bring in some guys and learn at least parts of the offense. Haven't heard the status of EJ for Week 6, all I know is Marrone can't have much confidence in Tuel after that pathetic display last evening. I don't care if its Freeman, Tebow or another veteran, but a plan B is essential. Just hope the front office realizes this!
zow2 Posted October 4, 2013 Posted October 4, 2013 Don't we have Thaddeus Lewis(?) on the practice squad? at least he played an entire NFL game in his career...and has some wheels to get out of trouble. How come no one talks about him?
26CornerBlitz Posted October 4, 2013 Posted October 4, 2013 Who are the Bills going to bring in to matchup against Geno Atkins? He will simply abuse Colin Brown!
Armchair GM Posted October 4, 2013 Posted October 4, 2013 Unfortunately, the available crop isn't very good. The QB situation needs to be addressed, but with who? Josh Freeman...Tim Tebow...Pat White...David Carr...Vince Young...Caleb Hanie? It'd be nice to see them make a move for a young upstart OG as well. On the other end, you need a team the at is looking pretty bad and who'll take a mid rounder in return. Anyone know how the OG's look in St. Louis, Jacksonville, Tampa...even Philly or NY (Giants)?
RyanC883 Posted October 4, 2013 Posted October 4, 2013 Batch (unless I missed it and he retired). Well, at least we know we are brining in a punter (unless Kiko does that!)
BillsFan-4-Ever Posted October 5, 2013 Posted October 5, 2013 its Tuel time baby!!!!! he's the second coming of the Chroise !!! live with what we were dealt with no picked up QB can learn the system in 10 days!
VADC Bills Posted October 5, 2013 Posted October 5, 2013 Pat White. He played very good with the Redskins in the pre-season. I was surprised how good he was.
BUFFALOKIE Posted October 5, 2013 Posted October 5, 2013 Pat White. He played very good with the Redskins in the pre-season. I was surprised how good he was. So did Tuel. So what.
Big C Posted October 5, 2013 Posted October 5, 2013 no picked up QB can learn the system in 10 days! What system? Freeman can hand the ball off, and he can throw the deep ball. At least for one week Freeman can run some of the playbook while our healthy D can shut it down on the other side.
Dr. Fong Posted October 5, 2013 Posted October 5, 2013 I think Freeman provides this team the best chance to win a couple games while Manuel is out. Tuel is way out of his depth and everyone else that is being mentioned is barely an upgrade from Tuel.
