DC Tom Posted January 16, 2005 Posted January 16, 2005 Hey dumbass I wasn't going to patent bumper stickers, just the saying. 207601 Hey, dumbass, that would be a copyright, not a patent. And no, Bruschi didn't have the ball. That was joint possession when the receiver went down...which goes to the offense.

coloradobillsfan Posted January 16, 2005 Posted January 16, 2005 dude go love the patriots on another board around here they are the enemy real bills fans root against their division rivals seeing these thread titles on our board makes me sick!
Ralonzo Posted January 16, 2005 Posted January 16, 2005 What the ref said: "Prior to the snap, false start, #18 offense. 5-yard penalty, first down." What the ref meant: "Prior to the snap, penalty, #18 offense, running a trick play. 5 yard penalty, Patriots win."
Ralonzo Posted January 16, 2005 Posted January 16, 2005 Hey! I didn't know lowering your head and going helmet-to-helmet was legal now! Thanks for clearing that up, Patriots and refs!

The refs had it right. I knew what the call was as soon as the flag was thrown.

We just point at it. The fact that you keep stepping in front of our fingers is really not our problem.
millbank Posted January 17, 2005 Posted January 17, 2005 like it or not , a great football team showing why they are
DC Tom Posted January 17, 2005 Posted January 17, 2005 Then I should "copyright" it. Bruschi had that ball. If that was the rule the Colts would get it. 207613 That IS the rule, numbskull. "Joint" possession goes to the offense. Look it up.
BF_in_Indiana Posted January 17, 2005 Author Posted January 17, 2005 That IS the rule, numbskull. "Joint" possession goes to the offense. Look it up. 207711 Then why wasn't it challenged?
CajunBillsBacker Posted January 17, 2005 Posted January 17, 2005 like it or not , a great football team showing why they are 207705 I remember when Joe Montana went to the 49ers and they started dominating, Saints fans were in denial and kept saying that the 49ers were lucky, they get all the breaks, ect. Most Bills fans are in denial right now to realize that the Patriots are now that 49ers team led by the new Joe Montana.
DC Tom Posted January 17, 2005 Posted January 17, 2005 Then why wasn't it challenged? 207718 There ARE some rules that can't be challenged. What, is this the first time you've watched a football game?

Nevertheless...the Pats are a good team. It would just be nice if they were a good team playing by the same rule book the rest of the league has to play by.

CosmicBills Posted January 17, 2005 Posted January 17, 2005 Well all that work this year for Manning and another early exit from the post season. It's a shame. But this is why Brady is the more clutch QB I guess. He shows up for big games.

He has all the qualities that made Montana great and I would put my money on them to win their third Super Bowl in 4 years here in a few weeks.
