The Poojer Posted September 27, 2013 Posted September 27, 2013 i've ridden subway and regional rail in philly many times after imbibing...i am always careful to stay away from the tracks until the trains pull up...worst i've ever done is sleep through my stop then do the walk of shame to the conductors...

ExiledInIllinois Posted September 27, 2013 Posted September 27, 2013 Big thing is the third rail (not sure if it is electric). Let alone the oncoming train.

There have also been a couple instances in recent years of guys in the NYC subway who after falling on the tracks had the prescence of mind to lay down between the tracks and let the train pass over them. Apparently there is juuuuust enough clearance.
