Yeah, looking at OJ I'd certainly believe he's stealing cookies...However, keep in mind this was "reported" by the national inquirer, bastions of knowledge and fact.

Stealing food from a chow hall in prison is big news? I imagine most every inmate does this. I mean is it really stealing if they just put it in their pocket?
