ldmgrand Posted September 23, 2013 Posted September 23, 2013 This pressure will make or break EJ Manuel. I think that yesterday's game was a huge learning experience. If he comes back and plays the same next week, I've got nothing.
eball Posted September 23, 2013 Posted September 23, 2013 The play-calling also needs to be better. On some of the replays I could see for myself he had nowhere to go with the ball. I don't like the throws out of bounds, but generally he's making good decisions.

Over 29 years of fanhood Posted September 23, 2013 Posted September 23, 2013 (edited) This pressure will make or break EJ Manuel. I think that yesterday's game was a huge learning experience. If he comes back and plays the same next week, I've got nothing. He seems too tentative (and I hate to use that adjective as it evoke memory of a former train wreck QB). Need to see him relax and start slinging it put it on the WRs to make some plays. Edited September 23, 2013 by over 20 years of fanhood
Max997 Posted September 23, 2013 Posted September 23, 2013 its like the offense is back to the way it was under Jauron with receivers just running routes hoping to be open rather then plays being designed to get them open unfortunately circling the wagons now means this franchise just goes in circles
GDOSyr Posted September 23, 2013 Posted September 23, 2013 The receivers seemed to have a very hard time getting open yesterday...not saying that EJ didn't play poorly because he did, but the lack of separation didn't help.
