CSBill Posted September 21, 2013 Posted September 21, 2013 (edited) My pick is 4.5: I think the Jets D will get a few as well, Rex has said he will bring the heat. But I think the Jets have to throw the ball more than the Bills to score (the BIlls have a better run game to work with to help neutralize the pass rush). And with Geno's tendencies to hold it, five or more is a real, and necessary, possibility. If it's is less than four, the Bills may be in trouble. Edited September 21, 2013 by CSBill
Dorkington Posted September 21, 2013 Posted September 21, 2013 I think we'll be doing more of a pressure-contain, personally. So I went with two. Plenty of QB hits, and a few interceptions. Oh, and I am not sure how a team gets a half a sack?
BigPappy Posted September 21, 2013 Posted September 21, 2013 I chose 4 just because that's how many i think we get, but I don't think sacks are going to be as important as the pressures and knock downs.
KD in CA Posted September 21, 2013 Posted September 21, 2013 Oh, and I am not sure how a team gets a half a sack? If Sanchez is playing sometimes they credit him with 1/2 sack of himself.

Somehow I think, this will be the week that FJ & CJ will be paired in the backfield together, to keep the Jets D off-balanced.
johnwalter Posted September 21, 2013 Posted September 21, 2013 you would need an almost unreachable number of sacks to assure a win. I'd guess we grab somewhere around 4 though, if thats what youre asking.
bigK14094 Posted September 21, 2013 Posted September 21, 2013 Yeh...no team 1/2 sacks. He is either sacked or not. Might share a sack for statistical purposes between players, but the team always gets an integral number of sacks.
CSBill Posted September 23, 2013 Author Posted September 23, 2013 Why is there no 0? You win! The prize is in the mail. Zero Sacks = No Win Or is it: 8 Sacks = A Lose
thebug Posted September 23, 2013 Posted September 23, 2013 Yeah question should have been, how many sack do the Jets need to win........
