I don't think McGahee would even come back to Buffalo to accept the WOF...I could see him stepping up to the mic and getting booed and run outta town...what would he talk about anyways?.."I hate the restaurants, the parks, the streets and the people...thank god this is occurring during the day because there's absolutely no night life in this city...thank you...go Ravens err Broncos..no wait i mean Browns"

Cookie Gilchrist

You should edit your poll to include the two most deserving Bills players not on the wall:

Butch Byrd: He is most remembered for a punt return in the 1965 American Football League Championship game against the San Diego Chargers.

Byrd holds the Bills' career records for interceptions (40), interception return yards (666) and interceptions returned for touchdowns (5).

He was a five-time American Football League All-Star, and was selected for the second team, All-Time All-AFL. Byrd is a 1980 inductee of the Boston University Hall of Fame, and in 2008 was selected to the Greater Buffalo Sports Hall of Fame.

Cookie Gilchrist: While with Buffalo, Gilchrist played fullback and kicked, though he insisted he could have played both ways.

He was the first 1,000-yard American Football League rusher, with 1,096 yards in a 14-game schedule in 1962.

That year he set the all-time AFL record for touchdowns with 13, and he earned AFL MVP honors. Gilchrist rushed for a professional football record 243 yards and five touchdowns in a single game against the New York Jets in 1963.

Though he was with the Bills for only three years (1962–1964), he remains the team's fifth-leading rusher all-time, and led the league in scoring in each of his three years as a Bill. Gilchrist ran for 122 yards in the Bills' 1964 American Football League championship defeat of the San Diego Chargers, 20-7. His 4.5 yard/rush average is second as a Bill only to O.J. Simpson.

For these guys to be lumped into "other" invalidates the poll.

Thank you for reminding people! I've long held that Daryl Talley is one of the most overrated Bills player of all time. That he is on the wall before Byrd, Gilchrist, or Saban is truly sad.

Van Miller already has one of the clubs named after him. That's more exclusive than being on the Wall since there are only seven clubs in the stadium and only 3 of those are named after someone.

When I first saw the name "Flutie" on the list, I wanted to puke. Then perusing further, I realized that obviously the list was compiled partly in jest! Seriously? Travis Henry? Willis McGahee ? If we are serious about this thing, what about any these names:

Cookie Gilchrist

Butch Byrd

Bob Chandler

Chuck Knox

Tony Greene

Reggie McKenzie

Joe Cribbs

Will Wolford

Nate Odomes

I do believe that we're overlooking the man that is guaranteed to be the next name placed on the wall- Chris Kelsay!

And you know the Bills will, in all likelihood, do exactly that. It will be the final befitting accolade for a stumble-bum who personified

the mediocrity of the last decade.

We need to get Van on there while he's still around to enjoy it. So many great memories growing up listening to him call the games

Byrd and Cookie yes, Saban quit twice, so no.

Cookie pretty much quit on the team and was then traded. It should what they brought the Bills on the field and Saban did so much for the franchise.

As an original Bills fan (12 yrs old in dollar seats on Saturday night in the end zone). The best football player I ever saw in person - COOKIE! A man among boys. I really believe he could have starred both ways.

Don't forget about Bobby Chandler :

Chandler played in the National Football League between 1971 and 1982 for the Buffalo Bills (1971–1979) and the Oakland Raiders (1980–1982). He led the NFL in receptions from 1975-1977 with 176, and was named Second-Team All-Pro in 1975 and 1977. He also caught four passes for 77 yards in the Raiders 27-10 Super Bowl XV victory over the Philadelphia Eagles in January 1981.

In the first game of the 1981 season against the Denver Broncos, Chandler stretched out for a pass and took a hit so severe it ruptured his spleen. Chandler was rushed to a Denver hospital where doctors saved his life. Chandler made a miraculous recovery and returned to the field later in the season.[citation needed]

Chandler finished his career with 370 receptions for 5,243 yards and 48 touchdowns, along with 11 carries for 18 yards
