Gasjuggler Posted September 19, 2013 Posted September 19, 2013 Did anybody notice if Gragg got any snaps in the first two games? Chandler was targeted a couple of times on very short passes. Is Chandler that much better as a blocker?
Gasjuggler Posted September 19, 2013 Author Posted September 19, 2013 So he's playing behind Lee Smith too.I thought he had potential with his speed.
Braedenstearns Posted September 19, 2013 Posted September 19, 2013 He hasn't played because he has been hurt
NoSaint Posted September 19, 2013 Posted September 19, 2013 So he's playing behind Lee Smith too.I thought he had potential with his speed. he does have potential. being a 7th round rookie isnt a week 1 impact pick.

Is Chandler that much better as a blocker? Regardless. #1 or 2 for 2014 Draft should be a TE. We need a bigger threat there. I'm sure #1 will go to CB again...
MClem06 Posted September 19, 2013 Posted September 19, 2013 Drafting a TE in the first round is something a team that is set in every other position can do. It doesn't make sense when we could definitely use some more line players RG Brown not cutting it. If the season ended right now that would be my first pick, then CB then TE. McKelvin is playing beyond expectations but Rogers has been torched on more than one occasion over 2 games. I'm excited to recover Gilmore and have MCkelvin keep up the same play level if possible that would be a great tandem but depth at that position is pretty key.
Doc Posted September 19, 2013 Posted September 19, 2013 He hasn't played because he has been hurt That's strange because I don't recall him being on an injury report.
Matt in KC Posted September 19, 2013 Posted September 19, 2013 I think we want to make sure the Pats* don't have any film on him before surprise them week 17!
Rubes Posted September 19, 2013 Posted September 19, 2013 That's strange because I don't recall him being on an injury report. Healthy scratch both games.
Doc Posted September 19, 2013 Posted September 19, 2013 Healthy scratch both games. That's what I thought. Play the kid.
BuffaloBillsMagic1 Posted September 19, 2013 Posted September 19, 2013 That's what I thought. Play the kid. Agree, Lee Smith is uslesss other than taking stupid penalties and can't catch a cold, he is so slow...
MOFO Posted September 19, 2013 Posted September 19, 2013 Maybe he is having trouble learning the offense?
Captain Caveman Posted September 19, 2013 Posted September 19, 2013 Maybe he is having trouble learning the offense? Maybe he slept with Marrone's daughter. Maybe he has been eating too many Chunky bars. Maybe he's got mono. Maybe Chandler and Smith have performed better in practice. Maybe his blocking would be likely to get EJ mauled. Maybe he's an undercover agent from the Pats, but we're onto him.
8-8 Forever? Posted September 19, 2013 Posted September 19, 2013 Probably a liability as a blocker. That must be it
bigK14094 Posted September 19, 2013 Posted September 19, 2013 Chandler is a shell of his former self after the knee surgery. Although he was in camp, they did notu se him much, and he doesn't look like he is really able to perform at least years level. This is his last year with us unless he steps it up big time. (contract up)
DC Greg Posted September 19, 2013 Posted September 19, 2013 Yeah I think I should be getting more playing time too. Only 1 g at the end tho
