buckeyemike Posted September 22, 2013 Posted September 22, 2013 (edited) From what I know is Ogbonnaya might be the starter, until Willis McGahee passes his psychical. I know they put a couple RB's on IR. Dion Lewis is promising, but I think he's one of the guys that was on IR. McGahee to play in Cleveland. I don't think they have a Dave and Busters there? You should have heard the media and most of the fans here this week. They were howling over this deal. I think this one may actually backfire on the Colts, though. And by the way, there's a Dave and Buster's in Westlake, which is where many of the Browns players live. Similar to the Hamburg/OP area. Edited September 22, 2013 by TheFourHorsemen
Heitz Posted September 22, 2013 Posted September 22, 2013 @AdamSchefter Cleveland fielding offers for and open to trading WRs Josh Gordon and Greg Little. At least one team has made a quality offer for Gordon. Real fire sale going on there in Cleveland... ESPN also reported they will aggressively peruse Ben Tate in the off-season.

Too bad they aren't offering up TE Jordan Cameron. He would fit into our offense reallll nice.
BillsFan-4-Ever Posted September 22, 2013 Posted September 22, 2013 (edited) expect the Browns to dump everyone and start fresh Report: Browns open to trading WRs Gordon, Little; covet RB Tate Not content to stand pat after shipping RB Trent Richardson to Indy, the Browns' front office will also entertain offers for their two young WR, Josh Gordon and Greg Little, according to a report. I read yesterday the Weeden isn't their future QB Edited September 22, 2013 by BillsFan-4-Ever
starrymessenger Posted September 22, 2013 Posted September 22, 2013 Great move by Banner and Lombardi. Trade also works for Indy to the extent TR can be to Luck what Terrell was to Elway. Personally I don't think he's Terrell Davis. JMO.

mannc Posted October 24, 2013 Posted October 24, 2013 Cut their losses? They traded one of the best young RBs in the league. One so good the NFL had to change the rules because of him. This would be like trading Spiller in 2011 when you Fitzy on the roster. Its not cutting your loses. Its amplifying your loses. This seriously questions the integrity of the game. Boy, Trent is really lighting it up in Indy, isn't he? I think the integrity of the NFL is safe.
BuffOrange Posted October 24, 2013 Posted October 24, 2013 Boy, Trent is really lighting it up in Indy, isn't he? I think the integrity of the NFL is safe. You can't just find any RB off the street to get 3ypc when Donald Brown needs a breather. Totally worth a 1st rounder.
dave mcbride Posted October 24, 2013 Posted October 24, 2013 3.4 ypc lifetime -- and these are his "fast" years! http://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/R/RichTr00.htm
Captain Hindsight Posted October 24, 2013 Posted October 24, 2013 Early returns have the Browns winning. Good for them
atlbillsfan1975 Posted October 24, 2013 Posted October 24, 2013 Yep, got to agree, the Browns thus far got the better end of the deal. Richardson appears the same ole guy just in a Colts uni now.
C.Biscuit97 Posted October 25, 2013 Posted October 25, 2013 Alabama rbs just might not be that good. It's pretty easy to run through holes where you don't get touched for 5 yards. It's why I don't see AJ McCarron being anything more than a backup. He just sits in the pocket and rarely gets breathed on.
BuffOrange Posted October 25, 2013 Posted October 25, 2013 I didn't know anyone thought McCarron was an NFL prospect.
YoloinOhio Posted October 25, 2013 Posted October 25, 2013 I didn't know anyone thought McCarron was an NFL prospect. He won't be drafted high but I think he'll get a look. The kid from UGA probably a better prospect but still not in the group of Bridgewater, Hundley, Marriota, Manziel.
Maury Ballstein Posted October 25, 2013 Posted October 25, 2013 Looks like Irsay may have been fleeced. Donald brown looks like a better rb than Trent Richardson from what I saw. Rumors from Cleveland were saying Richardson is lazy and a malcontent.

ChevyVanMiller Posted October 25, 2013 Posted October 25, 2013 I saw this thread and said, Another one?, wtf." LOL
zow2 Posted October 25, 2013 Posted October 25, 2013 You gotta be happy if you're a Browns fan. They were going 5-11 or whatever with Richardson or without him. Now they get an extra #1.

Max997 Posted October 25, 2013 Posted October 25, 2013 Trent Richardson aka fake marshawn gets a 1st Real Marshawn gets us a 4th. Brutal. Completely different situation, can't compare the two
