AtlBills Posted September 18, 2013 Posted September 18, 2013 Has it ever been disclosed what type of "Reserve/Non Football illness" Hairston has? During training camp, it was disclosed as a "lower body" ailment. He must have some value or the team would have cut him as and went the injury settlement route. Who is our swing tackle reserve, Thomas Welch, ugh!
DE Bills Fan Posted September 18, 2013 Posted September 18, 2013 Great point. I have been concerned about this as well. We are in real trouble if we have any injuries to our "O" line as we lost all of our depth from last year. Hope no one gets seriously injured this year....

cthodge Posted September 18, 2013 Posted September 18, 2013 I saw him talking to Andre Reed this past weekend at the alumni tailgate. Bo Jackson redux?
CSBill Posted September 18, 2013 Posted September 18, 2013 So a follow-up question: Does this designation put him out for the season? Or, if he heals, can he comeback this season? And someone ask if he can play LG, I think he did play Guard some last season---I think, but I could be very much wrong about that. Anyhow, if he can come back from the injury, I say give him a serious look at left guard.
cthodge Posted September 19, 2013 Posted September 19, 2013 (edited) I told him I can't wait to see him back on the field and he had a half hearted smile and said thanks. I'm not sure exactly what is ailing him, but like I said, he seemed to be favoring his hip. Edited September 19, 2013 by cthodge
