BuffaloBaumer Posted September 9, 2013 Posted September 9, 2013 Also assume that Byrd is no longer here. Lastly, I will assume that 1 position is filled in free agency. That gives us 3 new starters in the 3 weakest areas which I believe will be Left guard, Safety and D Back. The point of this is to say that I believe we will finally be able to say that there will not be any glaring holes heading into next season. It may seem like we say that every year but I truly think this will be a complete team with no major deficiency on the field next in 2014. Who knows, maybe McKelvin will show that Dback is not as big of a problem as initially thought.....
phypon Posted September 9, 2013 Posted September 9, 2013 I hate to be a naysayer but I think that outlook is a little short sighted. The 2015 draft is where it's at. Let them pick up a couple of brandy new RB's and let them battle it out for a season or two. Once they've hit their groove and are in their prime by 2018 the sky is the limit!
