zow2 Posted September 9, 2013 Share Posted September 9, 2013 If you watched Marrone at Syracuse, you would not be surprised by yesterday. I said this during the summer. His SU teams ran the ball ALOT and Nassib threw tons of short passes to TE's and RB's. It was a ball control offense and controlled clock. I think Marrone and Hackett will learn on the fly in the NFL. They will need more explosive (chunk) plays to win games here. They will get Woods involved more and TJ Graham needs to get open downfield and start making plays. I can tell EJ is being patient in the pocket and will sling it if a guy shows he has broken loose.
