26TrapDraw Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 That fourth quarter play selection and execution was atrocious. Buffalo's coaching staff did a piss poor job. That was awful.
Meatloaf Sandwich Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 That fourth quarter play selection and execution was atrocious. Buffalo's coaching staff did a piss poor job. That was awful. was all penalties don't get it wrong now.
TheBrownBear Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 Marrone is out of his element. Reminds me of Jack Del Rio type.
thebug Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 Players did enough to win, this one is on the coaching staff. It's ok to slow it down and run the clock.
ProbablyWrong Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 (edited) Play selection is right. Penalties early didn't help, but we should have put that away in the 4th. This is on Hackett. Edited September 8, 2013 by ProbablyWrong
Dorkington Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 Pretty sure I saw the Pats gaining as many yards as they wanted late in the game. Primarily using a guy with one leg, and a no name running back.
Reed83HOF Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 Totally should have run the clock down...should have ran ran ran
Chimp Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 They made plays right down to the end of the game the way they always do. This aggresive attack style defense sure looked like a mighty attack dog in the 4th. Another pinhead coach that cannot figure out how to take a few minutes off the clock at the end of the game. This is getting old.
RuntheDamnBall Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 The penalties are problem #1. No Fred Jackson and the clock management in the 4th quarter didn't help though. Marrone got schooled.
San-O Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 Love me some Stevie "They can't stop me" Johnson!
Meatloaf Sandwich Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 Useless !@#$ing penalties this team should be ashamed of themselves.
26CornerBlitz Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 Getting zero points up 21-17 with a short field was inexcusable. That possession was horrid.
Chimp Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 Getting zero points up 21-17 with a short field was inexcusable. That possession was horrid. Yeah they needed to score there.
Reed83HOF Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 Getting zero points up 21-17 with a short field was inexcusable. That possession was horrid. Entirely correct - we had way too many costly penalties & we couldn't put the nail in the coffin
dave mcbride Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 Not sure how the Bills lost as opposed to NE winning it given that the Pats outyarded them by a ton: 145 yards. The Bills actually got lucky on two freaky fumbles, neither of which they forced.
symbiant Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 Stevie drops the third down pass... Brady threads the needle... twice. We go three and out to lose the game. Sigh.
Craig in ABQ Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 Pettine must want to knock Marrone out. Man he coached a terrible game, start to finish. Pettine gave us a shot yet Marrone was no better than Gailey. Hope this young team is able to man up going forward...
