It angers me that I literally know none of the people that Tom Brady is going to throw to tomorrow yet they are still favored double digits over us. This franchise needs to prove it has what it takes to keep up with the rest of the division again. Dobson was their second round pick and apparently number two on their depth chart. The other receivers are all undrafted. GO BILLS. Edited September 8, 2013 by BillsFan3434
Doc Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 He was their 2nd round pick and apparently hasn't impressed them. Meanwhile their UDFA WR looked decent in one game in pre-season. Go figure.
Lord Chinfist Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 Kimbrell Thompkins should be the starting WR opposite Amendola. Thompkins had a good pre-season and distanced himself from the other WR's to fill that space. He will be one to watch out for tomorrow.
BRAWNDO Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 (edited) Here is the official list of players who are out New England Patriots @Patriots 42m #Patriots downgraded to out for tomorrow's game: Brandon Bolden, Aaron Dobson, Nate Ebner, Rob Gronkowski & Duron Harmon Edited September 8, 2013 by BRAWNDO
BillsFan3434 Posted September 8, 2013 Author Posted September 8, 2013 So if we double Amendola the entire game and stop the run we win by default?
Lord Chinfist Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 Zach Sudfeld, the TE, looks good also.
Doc Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 Zach Sudfeld, the TE, looks good also. They're still a major downgrade from the previous receiving corps.
Lord Chinfist Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 They're still a major downgrade from the previous receiving corps. No question Sudfeld is not Gronk, but the receivers look decent enough (at least based on pre-season), that Brady can make decent receivers very productive.
PromoTheRobot Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 When the Bills have a bunch of UDFAs we're going 2-14. When the Pats have a bunch of UDFAs they get picked to win a SB. PTR

It makes no difference. Tom will turn 'em into a stud." Here is to hoping they are wrong.
BigPappy Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 You are all forgetting one thing. Hello.....It's Tom F'ing Brady! I hate to say it but he could hit a flea off a dog's a$$. It don't matter who his receivers are, as long as they are decent at catching the ball, this will be a tough game. Especially if he has all day to throw the ball. That's why we need to play in your face football with him. Knock him down often and get as many sacks as we can. Get him off his game with the young receivers and the game is winnable. jimho BigPappy

Hapless Bills Fan Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 So if we double Amendola the entire game and stop the run we win by default? Amendola could be one Bradham hit away from a seat on the sidelines
sodbuster Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 Amendola could be one Bradham hit away from a seat on the sidelines note to rws custodial staff: make sure rubber mats in visitor locker room are wet in the morning.
Max997 Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 Thompkins, Amendola, and the TE Sugfeld I think his name is will all prob hv big days vs this pass defense.
Doc Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 Undrafteds against veterans? I still like the Bills' chances.
DJasper Probincrux III Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 note to rws custodial staff: make sure rubber mats in visitor locker room are wet in the morning. I'll be happy to piss all over the Pats locker room if it will help...or even if it won't

While it is Brady behind the line throwing the ball, he still has had success only with some extremely talented receivers. He has struggled with the no-names. Hoping today is one such day.
Dorkington Posted September 8, 2013 Posted September 8, 2013 note to rws custodial staff: make sure rubber mats in visitor locker room are wet in the morning. Hah! -- As long as Brady is QB, and the guys can catch a ball, I'm not really sure if it will matter if they are UDFAs or not. Though, that being said, I'm honestly more worried about the run game.
