You don't know exactly what you're taking. Meth, PCP, MDA, and Ketamine are some of the drugs that have been found in molly. People who do it regularly have decreased levels of serotonin in their brains. Hyperthermia is a risk. So is a bad reaction if a user is already on anti-depressants.
