DanInUticaTampa
What does it say about Leinart when they cut him knowing they'd be putting Kolb on IR as well. Says EJ might be healthy and they don't want to carry 4 qbs
Matt in KC
What does it say about Leinart when they cut him knowing they'd be putting Kolb on IR as well. Either EJ is healthy and they only want 3 QBs (and he was beaten out by Thad)--or-- They are confident they can get as "good" QB play from someone for even less money. The three Bills QBs have one career start among them and that was Lewis. Wow!!!

26CornerBlitz
@caplannfl Kolb's total take from 2010-2013: $33.142 M in base salary and bonuses (signing and roster).
BADOLBILZ
As the great Donte Whitner once said (I may be paraphrasing), if your front seven are As, you can have Bs and Cs in the back and still be a top defense. I'd give the Bills' front seven a B+/A- (dragged down only by the LBs). Damn, Donte said something intelligent? I can't believe it. Link? He also said Troup was going to be better than Ndamukong Suh. That was a classic.

Dragonborn10
Says EJ might be healthy and they don't want to carry 4 qbs It means EJ is healthy and they can stil bring back Leinart after week 1 and his salary won't be guarantted for the year. BobChalmers
IIRC it was a 24-10 Browns loss to Pittsburgh. But he played fairly well against the #1 defense in the league that year - good enough for a #3 QB
26CornerBlitz
And last year the Redskins went to the playoffs with a rookie QB and a rookie backup... Not exactly the same scenario as they had Rex Grossman as the veteran 3rd QB to mentor RG3 and Cousins.
