Big C Posted August 25, 2013 Posted August 25, 2013 Also Hopkins! He made his extra point and got two touchbacks!
Kellyto83TD Posted August 25, 2013 Author Posted August 25, 2013 Also Hopkins! He made his extra point and got two touchbacks! I can't disagree with that
Meatloaf Sandwich Posted August 25, 2013 Posted August 25, 2013 EJ Manuel won the starting job tonight. He was the best player.
jeanbe Posted August 25, 2013 Posted August 25, 2013 I'm just watching the game now because I had to record it. I'm scared.
Kellyto83TD Posted August 25, 2013 Author Posted August 25, 2013 I'm just watching the game now because I had to record it. I'm scared. Turn it off and walk away, trust me
Over 29 years of fanhood Posted August 25, 2013 Posted August 25, 2013 I'm just watching the game now because I had to record it. I'm scared. Stop you've already seen the best part.
Kellyto83TD Posted August 25, 2013 Author Posted August 25, 2013 Silver lining thread, love it. Well I am a glass half full guy you know?
Dorkington Posted August 25, 2013 Posted August 25, 2013 I liked a few plays by Lawson, particularly on run plays. He would push his blocker into the backfield to disrupt the play (unfortunately our LBs/CBs cocked things up from there).
White Linen Posted August 25, 2013 Posted August 25, 2013 Sean Powell. I couldn't disagree more. His accuracy on downing the ball deep is really bad. It's crucial he gets better at that. He routinely kicks the ball way too short or lands it in the end zone. It's nice to see him not letting balls come off the side of the foot and he can bomb the ball no doubt. But punters are most valuable when they can control the ball on the short ones.
ExiledInIllinois Posted August 25, 2013 Posted August 25, 2013 Wait a second... Washington scored first, then BFLO right after. That is all I gotta know being it was the 3rd preseason game. All the rest is BS. 7-30 means nothing.
NDBUFFCUSEFAN Posted August 25, 2013 Posted August 25, 2013 That one year gap in between punter being our best player was exciting.
Billsguy Posted August 25, 2013 Posted August 25, 2013 The kicker and punter. What does that tell you? Plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose!
White Linen Posted August 25, 2013 Posted August 25, 2013 I for one thoroughly enjoyed listening to Theisman. Just a terrific job.
Pete Posted August 25, 2013 Posted August 25, 2013 (edited) The kicker and punter. What does that tell you? Plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose! when you factor in we have McKelvin, Smith, and Goodwin returning kicks- we have damn good special teams mr glass is half empty Edited August 25, 2013 by Pete
jahnyc Posted August 25, 2013 Posted August 25, 2013 Theisman had one good point during the telecast, which was if the Bills are going to run an uptempo offense, they better get first downs, otherwise their defense will be on the field most of the game.
