NoSaint Posted August 17, 2013 Posted August 17, 2013 What chip does have going for him is he's willing to adapt. Just was reading up on 4 TE formations he's trying out in preseason/camp. His gimmick is to constantly be looking for ways to get an advantage, not a spurrier-esque just have 5 WRs and keep going with it if it doesn't work. He looks at his personnel, league wide norms and finds where he thinks he can exploit it. That's less gimmick and more effective coaching. The speed is just another way he does it. That said, I'm happy with marrone
