...today was encouraging. I like what I saw in all 3 phases.

Pundits who have us rated 29th to 31st should all agree that this does not look like the Bills of old.

I am very pleased with today's effort.

Why no Super Bowl? Is this some sort of Canadian defeatism you're trying to spread to the rest of us?

Canadian realism, my friend.

i love the overall aggressiveness of the defense. was happy that ej seemed to get more comfortable as the game went on and "peaked" durring the 2 minute run capped with a nicedart for a td. special teams seemed to do well all around, and holy crap is goowin fast! lastly, it looked like the bills were hitting way more than getting hit. if these are all trends...good times could be coming our way!

Definitely a culture change in the air, that's for sure.

GO BILLS!!!

You know you're a Bills fan when you hear the words "culture change" every offseason.

What stood out most in my mind is the depth of quality players we seem to have this year. Preseason games have been so miserable for so many years due to the lack of depth anywhere. If anything this alone has me pretty excited, since so many players outperformed a playoff team in the 2nd half.

I think the special teams play has me most impressed so far. Especially seeing most of those guys out there will be the same ones playing ST in the regular season unlike the late efforts of the O and D.

I'm halfway through my 2nd watching on Tivo.

"Culture change" blah blah blah. But I will say this:

this team does not seem to know its not supposed to win. Every game and every play. And I dont just mean "hang around, keep it close, and just give yourself a chance."

They dont seem to know that its hard to win in this league. Dont be surprised, is all i'm sayin.

I was thinking that too. I suppose we will know the Bills have turned the corner when we stop hearing that phrase in every other thread.
