Nostradumbass Posted August 11, 2013 Posted August 11, 2013 Jamie Blatnick is built like a Rhino. He's playing well..could make the 53
Chandler#81 Posted August 11, 2013 Posted August 11, 2013 Here's where we take the lead. EJ's jitters have subsided. I look for a scoring drive right now.
yall Posted August 11, 2013 Posted August 11, 2013 D overall has me happy. No question they are better. Still a lot of young guys and with that inevitable growing pains, but they seem more aggressive and play with the attacking style as advertised.
PromoTheRobot Posted August 11, 2013 Posted August 11, 2013 (edited) 2 minute drill. Git r dun EJ Edited August 11, 2013 by PromoTheRobot
Kemp Posted August 11, 2013 Posted August 11, 2013 In preseason you expect to see the Bills do anything other than vanilla offense? Manuel has looked a couple of rungs short of fine so far. It's preseason for Indy and a few other teams as well. Somehow a lot of other teams have thrown balls that traveled more than 8 yards in the air. This was one of the biggest complaints we universally shared against the previous administration. Again, I'm not saying that it's an accurate indicator of what the regular season will bring. It's just not all that encouraging on this day.
n3wyork13 Posted August 11, 2013 Posted August 11, 2013 whats with all the check downs is he even looking down the field?
BillnutinHouston Posted August 11, 2013 Posted August 11, 2013 Gotta fair catch that, right? Why field any punt inside the 10?
FistingBot Posted August 11, 2013 Posted August 11, 2013 whats with all the check downs is he even looking down the field? He is channeling his inner Trent Edwards.
boyst Posted August 11, 2013 Posted August 11, 2013 Bills offense, 2nd play in minute drill EJ making good decisions here. Looking over the field. Liking Woods. Watching Dickerson, 82, not seperating himself from defenders. EJ liking Woods and Choice here. EJ moving quick, former Bill, Delano Howell makes the stop on a EJ scramble. The short, effective passing is doing good - pass to Dickerson shows that EJ is quick to make reads.
San Jose Bills Fan Posted August 11, 2013 Posted August 11, 2013 Why field any punt inside the 10? I thought the ball landed outside the ten and rolled inside the ten?
BRAWNDO Posted August 11, 2013 Posted August 11, 2013 He's playing well..could make the 53 I think he has already
n3wyork13 Posted August 11, 2013 Posted August 11, 2013 He is channeling his inner Trent Edwards. Yea i was just explaning to my girlfriend about captain check down
Bubba Gump Posted August 11, 2013 Posted August 11, 2013 At least the kid knows when to chuck the ball into the stands.
n3wyork13 Posted August 11, 2013 Posted August 11, 2013 (edited) nice to see kelvin finally do something to help this team! Edited August 11, 2013 by n3wyork13
Optometric Insight Posted August 11, 2013 Posted August 11, 2013 (edited) are these short throws just to get EJ comfortable and deeper throws will come in the later games? from the camp reports and highlights, he seems to be throwing it downfield effectively. Edited August 11, 2013 by Teen Insight

Given the nature of both the players and coaches we have, one has to believe it's a product of 1 small sample in preseason, not what we should expect long term.
