Is every Bills game on Preseason>Live a Blackout?

I just got an email from NFL.com, trying to sell me the Preseason>Live package and it says "All nationally-broadcast Preseason games are blacked out" (weeks 1 and 3 are nationally-broadcast) and we all know home games that don't sell out get blacked-out (weeks 2 and 4). So, every game is blacked-out?! Is there any other way to watch any of these games? (I don't have NFL Network)

Good question. I will be in a vacation condo Sunday and I don't think they have NFLN on the cable there.

okay, looks like 1-3 are okay "nationally televised" in the case for blackouts means "on ESPN"

Same as it ever was. If you live within a team's broadcast area, your Preseason Live becomes Preseason Archive and you can only see those games as reruns. If you have NFL Network, games 1 and 3 will be national broadcasts by them. If you live out of town, you should see all the Bills games on Preseason Live.

Seems that "Don't miss a minute of your favorite team's preseason games" is blatant false advertising in this case. I guess I'll get to watch this Sunday's game at 4:30 instead of 1:30, if I'm interpreting these rules correctly.
