Clearly, there was already an issue raised by the driver. If the issue had to do with the guy standing, well, welcome to the real world results of million dollar lawsuits against municipalities for every person who falls on a bus, trips on a curb, etc.

 

Once the cops are involved, their job is simply to remove the guy from the bus. Refusing to comply with a cop's directive is going to get you tazed, arrested, etc.....every single time. This shouldn't be news to anyone.

My 'sympathy' depends on how deep his learning disability is.

i take the bus to and from work every day and always stand, i have never had any issues other than not standing in front of the line...there is clearly more to this story

...Hulett was a 12-year-old special education student at the time. He was hit by an Amtrak passenger train. The impact sent him flying on to a nearby track where a Conrail freight train also hit him.

 

Did this really happen? Holy ****.
