mockdraftcentral.com -- This isn't so much a draft guide, but a really nice site. It's free to sign-up and the ADP (average draft position) reports are pretty insightful into where most players are going.

I don't really use the free sites myself. My favorite paid one is footballguys.com, I also use fantasyguru.com (my wife and I both play, we each get one and share lol)
