Hardy Pyle
I'm a professional Chartered Accountant and a Licensed Trustee in Bankruptcy. So remembering matters is vitally important. I've been finding that I have a terrible, terrible memory and I'd like to improve it. Anyone have any suggestions. I sometimes see the memory books at the store and I wonder if they're worth the money. Any recommendations.

aussiew
After wasting a lot of money on books and tapes over the years I've found nothing as effective as lowering your bad carbs and exercising. What REALLY made a difference was exercising in the morning before I go to work.
