26CornerBlitz Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 @caplannfl Browns also announced they signed WR Naaman Roosevelt.
DanInUticaTampa Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 Always liked him. Our go to guy every time the injury bug came
OCinBuffalo Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 Always liked him. Our go to guy every time the injury bug came Exactly. Somehow, even though I know i shouldn't, I feel bad for Naaman. UB thing aside, that guy was always there, at the end of the season, breathing some life into the offense, making plays, etc. We couldn't ever seem to get him on the roster, but, it seems like he's played as many games, or, at least done as much, at the position as anyone other than Steve Johnson. There. Now that bit of empathy is out of me. Back to normal: I am glad we have the WRs we do, and screw the Browns. Why should I care about them signing our practice squad all-star?
1B4IDie Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 Weird that the Browns have Nelson and Roosevelt. Are DoJo and Aiken next?
Coach Tuesday Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 Weird that the Browns have Nelson and Roosevelt. Are DoJo and Aiken next? Aiken is on the Patriots actually.
The Big Cat Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 Aiken is on the Patriots actually. Sam or Kamar?
BillsWatch Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 Good for Roosevelt. Hope Browns have better WR coach than Bills had and can develop him.
PromoTheRobot Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 I'm happy for him. There us a placer in the NFL for a sure-handed receiver, even if he's a tad slow. PTR
NoSaint Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 I'm happy for him. There us a placer in the NFL for a sure-handed receiver, even if he's a tad slow. PTR We will see. I'd say a guy signed the week of camp is far from a sure spot in the nfl.
Kipers Hair Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 Weird that the Browns have Nelson and Roosevelt. Are DoJo and Aiken next? They'll be picking up Easly in about 4 weeks....
The Helmet of Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 (edited) always though he could play a welker type role. surprised it took him this long to get another shot... he caught everything thrown at him and burned the superbowl champs for a long score. strange that still nobody thinks he can play... BillnutinHouston Posted July 24, 2013 Posted July 24, 2013 I'm pretty sure that Naaman is Cherokee for "he who runs in sand".
Kirby Jackson Posted July 24, 2013 Posted July 24, 2013 I always like Namaan and thought that he was as good as a lot of guys that made the roster. He has good hands and found holes in coverage. I am happy for him and wouldn't be surprised if he contributed some.
