BuffaloBill Posted July 15, 2013 Posted July 15, 2013 I don't scream with gas but my wife does when I release it... Sometimes she even threatens me with death.
KD in CA Posted July 15, 2013 Posted July 15, 2013 No, but I had acid reflux for the first time a few weeks ago; WTF -- that sucks! Woke me up out of a dead sleep. I don't know how people would experience that more than a couple times without making some serious dietary changes.
BillsWatch Posted July 15, 2013 Posted July 15, 2013 I had heartburn so bad that they thought I was having a heart attack and my boss insisted I go to hospital. Still have it on occasion and neither diet nor medication seems to make a difference. All you can do is endure and eat really slowly when attack over hoping not to trigger it.
ExiledInIllinois Posted July 15, 2013 Posted July 15, 2013 I don't scream with gas but my wife does when I release it... Sometimes she even threatens me with death. LoL That is so funny and true! Yet, when they do it... It is a big joke, laughing matter! What gives!
ExiledInIllinois Posted July 15, 2013 Posted July 15, 2013 No to answer your question. But, ever have to take a dump x3 too big after eating a Triple Stacker @ BK? Then you will hear some screams!
Chef Jim Posted July 16, 2013 Posted July 16, 2013 Tums work. Alkaseltzer works best for me. I used to get it a lot but very rarely though

Did they rule out a hiatal hernia? May want to see if your doc would suggest a barium swallow/x-ray.
