26CornerBlitz Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 I curl up in the fecal position every morning as soon as I get to work (I like a fresh bowl). Sometimes it's the highlight of my day! Beats having a crappy day. Oh wait.....

Cugalabanza Posted November 25, 2014 Posted November 25, 2014 From the Bizzaro Broadcast thread... There was so much ignorant dribble I lost count.
Cugalabanza Posted November 25, 2014 Posted November 25, 2014 From the ...blown coverage thread bating the QB I said this is the phrase we should use to describe whatever QB crush Duck is hot about in the shoutbox.

Cugalabanza Posted November 26, 2014 Posted November 26, 2014 "IMO putting a stadium in buffalo is " putting a silk purse on a sows ear". ** First Ballot HOF ** That is a great one. I'm a big fan of the Bungled Clichés category.
Keukasmallies Posted November 27, 2014 Posted November 27, 2014 (edited) Here's a "great" TBDism from a quote in the Ferguson Thread: "This is a Facebook post from the Mayor-Elect of Oakland. I know her, my neighbor works for her, I voted for her. But this is the dumbest thing she could have said and is getting lamb basted in the comments for it. I'm hoping that it was written by one of her dumbass handlers." Lamb Basted must be a culinary term discernible only by Chef Jim. Lambasted, on the other hand.... You'll find lamb basted much earlier in this thread so my guess is that it was done on purpose.

Fan in Chicago Posted December 4, 2014 Posted December 4, 2014 PSA 40 Incorrectly Used Words That Can Make You Look Dumb: https://www.linkedin...e-you-look-dumb That's a good list. I often get confused between the correct uses of 'who' and 'whom'.
KD in CA Posted December 4, 2014 Posted December 4, 2014 That's a good list. I often get confused between the correct uses of 'who' and 'whom'. It is a good list, and it makes this thread even funnier since no one calls people out for that level of grammatical mistake, but only for truly brilliant stuff like 'lamb basted', 'wear with all', and 'fecal position'.

QCity Posted December 8, 2014 Posted December 8, 2014 I hope Oakland or NE signs him and he goes off against the Bills for like three TDs (I know, highly unlikely). That would be the death nail for Marrone. *Nell. Death *nell. The more you know.
ICanSleepWhenI'mDead Posted December 9, 2014 Posted December 9, 2014 (edited) Well, Natasha Richardson did die too young a few years after being in the movie, in which Nell spoke her own unique language, so . . . Edited December 9, 2014 by ICanSleepWhenI'mDead
thebandit27 Posted December 10, 2014 Posted December 10, 2014 Reading IS fundamental. I'm still waiting on your rationale for why you have Watkins so highly rated. My eyes tell me he's in that 20-25 range right now (with some room to grow) and, low and behold, that's where his production is. You think he's much, much better than that so I'd love to hear why.
DC Tom Posted December 14, 2014 Posted December 14, 2014 Is there a chance the Pats will have sown up first seed before week 17? If so, does anyone think they will give Brady or Gronk the week off? What the hell is this new thing where people can't distinguish "sew" and "sow?"
