Just Jack Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 The cops did not like her choice in a designated driver... http://www.newser.com/story/169472/drunk-grandma-has-boy-10-drive-her-around-cops.html
ExiledInIllinois Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 "They were booked with contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile and allowing an unlicensed driver to operate a motor vehicle." Not exactly one's best outcome. Is this rap better than a DUI?

Not exactly one's best outcome. Is this rap better than a DUI? Not exactly a good choice either. They had a 15 year old with them as well....yet they chose the 10 year old to drive? Seriously flawed logic on so many levels.

Seriously flawed logic on so many levels. True. The article didn't say why the 15 year wasn't driving? Mess up their record? Some states kids can start driving @ 15. Pretty risky to say the least but still the rap is gotta be lighter than a DUI rap.
Steve O Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 Brings back memories...lived on my Uncle's farm for the summer when I was 14, we would go over to his buddies at night and he would toss me the keys when we left if he'd had too much to drink. Fortunately never got pulled over.
