Not exactly one's best outcome. Is this rap better than a DUI?

 

Not exactly a good choice either. They had a 15 year old with them as well....yet they chose the 10 year old to drive? :wallbash::w00t:

True. The article didn't say why the 15 year wasn't driving? Mess up their record? Some states kids can start driving @ 15. Pretty risky to say the least but still the rap is gotta be lighter than a DUI rap.

Brings back memories...lived on my Uncle's farm for the summer when I was 14, we would go over to his buddies at night and he would toss me the keys when we left if he'd had too much to drink. Fortunately never got pulled over.
