dib Posted June 25, 2013 Posted June 25, 2013 Last week, a police officer ran a red light and totaled my wifes' car, no lights, no siren, just a bullsh*t excuse.. My wife was injured, but not severely thank God. Bottom line in order to replace her car we have to come up with 10,000$ out of pocket. Would rather have been hit by a civilian.

BuffaloBill Posted June 25, 2013 Posted June 25, 2013 On duty or off duty? His insurance should pay based on what you describe. Though the city may be self insured. Even if they are someone has to administer it for them.
