I worked for a major department store in my local mall as loss prevention. There were many times when we have had to chase, people and fight people. But overall most of the arrests we made were quick and easy.

More times that not we got plate numbers and the police picked them up. Way safer for all and insurance companies appreciate it when you do not get cut or worse.
boyst Posted June 25, 2013 Posted June 25, 2013 How is it legal for this guy to cuff someone? I am not against it, I think it is a great idea, but I cannot imagine it being legal. It is Florida, though.
