Gugny Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 Disgusting. And how the hell can 2/3 of a stick of butter be healthy in any situation?
BuffaloBill Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 Yak butter coffee is one of the few foods named for the effect it produces on most people ....
Garion Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 I have a buddy who used to drop butter in his coffee at the end of a night out drinking. Actually pretty darn good as it gets you the late night fat and salt infusion you need to settle down after a night out. . . at least before the waitress brings out your meal.
Chef Jim Posted June 24, 2013 Posted June 24, 2013 Well it depends on what kind of butter you use. Fresh butter is made by whipping cream until it solidifies. So it's no different than that whipped cream in your mocha.
