3rdand12 Posted June 18, 2013 Posted June 18, 2013 And Fan #3 jumps in to comment on Fan 1 and Fan 2. Never fails. GO BILLS!!! and fan 4 just had a laugh !
ny33 Posted June 18, 2013 Posted June 18, 2013 Shouldn't the title be "Stephon Gilmore has lept"? "Lept" is not a word.
1B4IDie Posted June 18, 2013 Posted June 18, 2013 and fan 4 just had a laugh ! Wait are you fan #2 or #4. I'm #3. Who does #2 work for??!!!
3rdand12 Posted June 18, 2013 Posted June 18, 2013 Lept is absolutely a word. It's after leaping. Having lept. I lept. you lept. etc Dont correct Chris, NY33 he gets pissed WSS.. I was aiming for # 2 but seems i am ranked statistically speaking as # 5 . I hope to improve by training camp by NOT eating Doritos . Also with a shutdown corner we dont need to worry about Blitz counts as a statistic with the Pettine vs Ryan discussion. We just want to focus on pressures and turnovers. Another reason Byrd is a good "fit"
Kkspike Posted June 18, 2013 Posted June 18, 2013 I heard he wants twice as much as what Revis is getting.
4merper4mer Posted June 18, 2013 Posted June 18, 2013 Just wait until fan #27 gets here and points out he has the same number as Gilmore.
ganesh Posted June 18, 2013 Posted June 18, 2013 I can't believe they haven't started talking extension with him. Budday asleep at the wheel again. I believe the labor deal has a clause that does not allow rookies to renegotiate their contract before the end of their contract year. That is why both Seattle and the 49ers will pay peanuts for their starting QB for the next couple of seasons.
biglukes Posted June 18, 2013 Posted June 18, 2013 Just wait until fan #27 gets here and points out he has the same number as Gilmore. When that time comes, fan# 24 will be laughing at him because Gilmore changed his number.
BaaadThingsMan Posted June 18, 2013 Posted June 18, 2013 OH NO!! How long before we see a "Gilmore Skipping Mandatory Mini-Camp" thread.... ...couple years
#34fan Posted June 18, 2013 Posted June 18, 2013 I'm much more excited about FS/CB prospect Duke Williams... Kid is focused, hungry, and crazy-talented. Byrd better have his s___t together before TC...
MDH Posted June 18, 2013 Posted June 18, 2013 Lept is absolutely a word. It's after leaping. Having lept. I lept. you lept. etc Dont correct Chris, NY33 he gets pissed It is a word but that's not how it's spelled despite that people misspell it that way all the time. It's "leapt."
Beerball Posted June 18, 2013 Posted June 18, 2013 It is a word but that's not how it's spelled despite that people misspell it that way all the time. It's "leapt." You just leaped at a chance to correct him; didn't you?
3rdand12 Posted June 18, 2013 Posted June 18, 2013 You just leaped at a chance to correct him; didn't you? And to think i was just guessing !
8-8 Forever? Posted June 18, 2013 Posted June 18, 2013 OH NO!! How long before we see a "Gilmore Skipping Mandatory Mini-Camp" thread.... Yep, he'll be gone after his rookie contract is up. You heard it here first. Better draft a corner #2 or 3 next year.

Lurker Posted June 18, 2013 Posted June 18, 2013 The past tense is "leapt," or "leaped," sir. http://www.merriam-w...dictionary/leap It's the archaic usage, so it should be well-accepted on TSW... http://english.stackexchange.com/questions/76167/lept-vs-leapt-vs-leaped
chris heff Posted June 18, 2013 Posted June 18, 2013 "Lept" is not a word. Leapt Leapt Ok I fixed it. At least I didn't write "prolly lept".
