The Big Cat Posted June 18, 2013 Posted June 18, 2013 It was also a much harder leader to score in when MJ player. You can hand check and teams were allowed to be more physical (the bad boy Pistons and Riley's Knicks). Also, there was good to great centers all over the league (Ewing, Hakeem, Robinson, young Shaq, etc.) James plays in a much easier to score NBA. Exactly. Only people under the age of 19 are justified in thinking LeBron is better. Of course, they are wrong.
Maury Ballstein Posted June 18, 2013 Posted June 18, 2013 Yawn Jordan was a little baby wanting calls don't even start. LeBron has done more at his age then Jordan did at the same age. Your logic thinks that LeBron will get worse when he is now getting into the prime of his career. Sucks being wrong ehh? Yea I'm wrong for picking Jordan (your wearing his shoes right now probably). Jordan is the king. Not the self anointed one either, If. IF Lebron wins 5 more titles we can discuss it but right now it's not a conversation. Things that rule.....Unc/Jordan/DannyGreen Things that don't Lebron James and his tail between his legs running from Cleveland.
Just Jack Posted June 18, 2013 Posted June 18, 2013 IMO, Michael Jordan is a douche... He is like the Barefoot Contessa that wouldn't make a wish for a dying child... Unlike say John Cena who does everything in his power. John Cena set a record with Make A Wish for wishes, over 300, more than any other athlete. http://sports.yahoo.com/news/john-cena-make-a-wish-300-requests-pro-wrestling-wwe.html
Nanker Posted June 18, 2013 Posted June 18, 2013 I loved to watch MJ crush the Knicks at every opportunity. It was glorious.

LeBron>MJ keep spanking it to his shoes.
Maury Ballstein Posted June 19, 2013 Posted June 19, 2013 (edited) Yea your right you win Lebron and his one ring are better than MJ and his 6 I concede to your superior basketball knowledge. Cool story. Boris Diaw is shutting him down right now .....wonder if ole Boris coulda held MJ under 60... Game set match. Edited June 19, 2013 by Ryan L Billz
Best Player Available Posted June 19, 2013 Posted June 19, 2013 Nothing. He can't even cut Dominick's a little slack on hustling some steaks... That is the point I was alluding... He wouldn't even sign a measely card catalog for a local cause (promoting reading and public library). Same with Oprah, of ALL people! Wow! The auction raised over 10k. Like I said, the richest man (and most likely the busiest), Bill Gates, found time to personally sign a card... Heck, even Luciano Pavarotti even personally signed an old card catalog. IMO, Michael Jordan is a douche... He is like the Barefoot Contessa that wouldn't make a wish for a dying child... Unlike say John Cena who does everything in his power. Speaking of douches, your hero Bill Gates ranks among the top on the planet. His philanthropy aside he WAS a cut throat A-Hole. You don't get the be the richest (at times) man on earth without slitting some throats along the way. BTW he also has broken and got away with some crazy stuff using the corporate name Microsoft. As for the "Busiest" man, look up his current job title. If he even has an active role in microcrap? Today, he's cruises around giving the money he extorts from his Windows empire. get real Gates is a friggin A list douchebag. Always will be.
#34fan Posted June 19, 2013 Posted June 19, 2013 I couldn't stand Michael Jordan when he was a player. Sounds like he's a douche off the court as well (actually, his induction speech a few years back proved that as well). Here is more proof of air douche: http://sports.yahoo....-212003601.html While I agree that Michael Jordan is both douche, and douche-bag... I find his complaint 100% legit in this instance... These Dominick parasites are clearly using Jordan's name, and celebrity to hustle steaks... Perhaps a hundred-thousand dollar lawsuit won't fully convey to others that this is a bad idea. Five mil definitely sends that message. I think there's a bigger question here that everyone's avoiding... And that's; Is the quality of Dominick's steaks worthy of trademark infringement on the best Bull to ever play the game? I've never had the opportunity to sample Dominick's Prime Rib, or New York strip. Perhaps a fan in Illinois can shed light as to the worthiness of the beef sold by these leeches...

You gotta a valid point. I still think he should rise above the brutal tactic and let it slide. Be a bigger man and and don't leach back.

Maury Ballstein Posted June 19, 2013 Posted June 19, 2013 Yep...he was awesome at passing the ball and looking timid all game....thank Ray Allen and his miracle 3 for preserving your ability to retort on this subject matter. Lbj 1 MJ 6. Get at me in a few years like I stated earlier...

ExiledInIllinois Posted June 19, 2013 Posted June 19, 2013 LeBron is statistically better in elimination games the Jordan. Was a fun thing to hear about in SC this morning. LoL... Yeah, that is a no brainer! What are the number of attempts? That means, how many elimination games have LJ and MJ have under their belts?
#34fan Posted June 19, 2013 Posted June 19, 2013 Given other Chicago restaurant and butcher options: Hell no. I suspected as much. Purveyors of fine beef don't need to stoop to that level.

ExiledInIllinois Posted June 20, 2013 Posted June 20, 2013 Nice... Place looks old-world... If I were MJ, that's where I'd grab my steaks. Yet, he does Hanes commercials w/Charlie Sheen... Go figure.

ExiledInIllinois Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 Whereabouts are you exiled to, anyways? Far south Chicagoland... On the border w/NW Indiana. Is it considered "Illiana?" I really should change the exile part to my first name.
