Cinga Posted June 11, 2013 Posted June 11, 2013 So, if their armed forces are only to be used in defense, why are they practicing amphibious landings? Japan is obviously a series of islands, so an attack on them, would most likely start there. Do defend it, you have to be able to fight off the attacker with a larger or at least better force. Since their own military is stretched across all the islands, they have to have a way to send in support.... As Tom said, by sea is the best way for this...
